• Final results may vary depending on hair condition, previous chemical treatments, home care products, and maintenance routines.
• Our stylists will recommend professional products, but Niche Salon is not responsible for fading, damage, or changes in results if non-professional products or heat styling are used after your service.
• Clients must inform their stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or recent chemical services. Niche Salon is not liable for reactions due to undisclosed information.
• Corrective color often requires multiple sessions; no specific shade, timeline, or outcome can be guaranteed in a single appointment.
• During wet or color services, there is always a possibility that clothing or jewelry may become damp, stained, or damaged. We strongly advise clients not to wear valuable or delicate items to their appointment.
• Niche Salon is a family and child-friendly environment. While we love welcoming children and families, we kindly ask that all children be supervised at all times and kept relatively quiet to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests.
• Niche Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. All guests are expected to remain polite and respectful toward their stylist and other clients at all times. Disruptive, rude, or disrespectful behavior may result in the guest being asked to leave, even before the service is completed, with a 100% service charge applied, and the guest may be blocked from future bookings.
At Niche Salon, all deposits are non-refundable as they secure your appointment time and protect our stylists’ schedules.
