Master Stylist & Educator

With over 12 years of experience behind the chair, Elena Vermillion brings both artistry and expertise to every guest she serves. Having built her career in the fast-paced Northern Virginia and D.C. area, Elena has worked with a wide variety of clients and mastered the art of creating customized looks that enhance each person’s individual style.

Elena is also an educator for our Alter Ego Italy, a prestigious international color line. Her role as an educator keeps her on the cutting edge of hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge and she loves sharing that expertise both with her clients and with fellow stylists.

Jade Amaya

Stylist & Colorist

Jade brings a natural talent and an undeniable passion for making people feel beautiful. Though she’s newer to the industry, she’s already turning heads literally! In her very first days on the floor, Jade impressed several clients with her stunning highlights, haircuts and her eye for detail.

Her warm, happy, and engaging personality instantly puts people at ease, creating the kind of uplifting salon experience we love to provide.

Ansley has been a Virginia Beach local for 15 years and a licensed stylist for 2 years. She specializes in blonding, modern color, haircuts, and blowouts, and is known for her confident, thorough consultations that ensure every client feels heard and leaves loving their look. She is passionate about helping her clients feel beautiful inside and out

Dedicated to continued growth, Ansley is always expanding her skills and staying current with modern techniques and trends to deliver the best possible results.

When she’s not in the salon, she enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, and snuggling with her cats, Pea and Pod

With 18 years in the beauty industry, Rebekah Calderon is a celebrity stylist, bridal hair and makeup artist and owner of Niche Hair Salon in Virginia Beach. Her career has taken her from the sets of film and television to behind the chair with amazing clients, and she brings that same level of artistry and detail to every appointment.

At Niche, she specializes in luxury color, blonding, and creating effortlessly polished styles with a deep passion for keeping hair healthy, vibrant, and shiny. Rebekah believes that true beauty is a balance of confidence and care, and her goal is for every client to leave feeling radiant, refreshed, and completely taken care of. She also specializes in makeup for film/TV and weddings, brow/lash services as well as skin care!

• Corrective color often requires multiple sessions; no specific shade, timeline, or outcome can be guaranteed in a single appointment.

• During wet or color services, there is always a possibility that clothing or jewelry may become damp, stained, or damaged. We strongly advise clients not to wear valuable or delicate items to their appointment.
